1. The prices stated are fixed. No negotiation. 
2. Order is valid only when the payment is made.
3. Money will be refund if the particular item is out of stock,
   OR
   You may retain it for your next order (contra off).
   OR
   You may decide to choose a different color/design or another item which is of equal or higher value than the item initially ordered. In this case, no refund for the balance if the price of item you choose is lower than the item initially ordered.
4. The colour of item may look dissimilar with the pictures due to lighting issue.
5. Arouse Trendz Studio WILL NOT responsible for any parcel lost or parcel damage

Exchange policy

*Only Exchange if : • Torn, terribly damage, zip unfunctional *Not Exchange if : • Thread、folded、color differ due to lighting issue • Faulty which not affect the whole view of wearing，eg: Innerwear, innerside, side area which is not obvious thread opening. small stain on lighter color clothes， • Human Being Torn will be not entertain • If size measurement differs about 1-4cm only. • Sold Out Items are not available for exchange • Personal perception : "I don't like, I look no nice when I wear it, etc"

   Important information and process to excahange:

   • After received, if replacement needed, must contact us within 24hours(Email us). After 24 hours,there will not be entertained
   •While trying on your purchase do not wear deodorant, perfume, or heavy body lotion that may stain items and may make it non-returnable
   • 2. Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
   • Customers may need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees (customer bare the fee for return back and seller bare for fee to send back)
   • Buyer who do not inform us and direct send back rejected product will not be entertain.
   •If there is replacement needed, please Email us within 24 hours and provide the photo of the faulty to get exchange.
   • Due to all our stocks only have one design per piece, so if you wish to exchange, will only available to exchange for same price or higher price of other design cloths
